Complete coverage of NLM chemicals
With this release, the ChemMeta inventory now includes all chemical substances covered by the National Library of Medicine (NLM). In February, we added nearly 28,000 chemicals to the ChemMeta inventory that have been tagged with a CAS number by NLM. The 2,151 chemicals added in this release are those that NLM has not tagged with a CAS number. Most of these newly added chemicals (2,059) currently have "no relevant literature," meaning that ChemMeta's algorithms have not identified any relevant peer-reviewed published scientific studies investigating hypotheses of bodily injury.
